SANY’s ST230V skid steer is about to make a major impact on your job sites. SANY fans have been anticipating this one for years, and we’re excited to have it arriving on our lot in 2025. In the meantime, here’s everything we know so far.

Performance

Engine

Powered by a 74 hp Yanmar engine, the ST230V provides consistent, reliable power to tackle tough tasks. The high-performance engine allows you to get the strength needed for various heavy-duty jobs without sacrificing fuel efficiency. Plus, because it’s under 75 hp, this machine does not require DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), making it easier and more convenient to maintain and operate.

Hydraulics

With 21 GPM standard flow and 31.6 GPM high flow, this machine can power a wide range of attachments. Whether you need to lift heavy loads or use specialized tools, the hydraulics have you covered. The case drain comes standard, along with a 14-pin connector, so it’s compatible with loads of attachments.

Lift Geometry

Featuring a vertical lift geometry, the ST230V ensures great lifting capability with better reach and clearance for high stacking and unloading. The bucket breakout force of 5,733 lbs and tipping load of 6,943 lbs means this skid steer isn’t backing down from tough jobs.

• The engine bay layout is simple, and filters are easily accessible for quick daily checks.
• Hydraulic components are easy to access under the cab for routine maintenance.
• The skid steer is equipped with Rexroth pumps and Bonfiglioli drive motors for long-lasting durability.
• An auto-reversing fan helps maintain optimal hydraulic cooling by clearing out the system.
• The 400mm Z-pattern tracks provide excellent traction on soft ground and uneven surfaces, with optional traction pads for extra grip in tougher conditions.
